The Hope WINS Collaborative exists to bring together community partners, families, and systems to strengthen supports for children, youth, and caregivers, grounded in lived experience, shared responsibility, and the belief that better outcomes happen when we work together.

At our January Collaborative meeting, youth voice powerfully shaped the conversation. Young people shared honest insights about what it feels like to navigate adolescence and early adulthood right now, prompting us to pause, listen, and take a deeper look at the needs of teenagers, particularly young adults ages 18–24, who often fall into gaps between youth and adult systems.

In response, the Collaborative launched a targeted youth needs survey and shared it widely with middle and high schools, the local college, and community networks. The response was overwhelming: 362 youth, young adults and adults offered valuable data and real-world perspective that will directly inform next steps, priorities, and partnerships.

This moment reaffirmed why the Hope WINS Collaborative matters—when youth are invited to speak and adults are willing to listen, meaningful direction and data follow.
