Hope WINS...What I Need to SucceedOur community resource directory is a comprehensive, local guide designed to help families quickly navigate the complex landscape of support services in Freeport. We’ve consolidated essential information on everything from school IEP advocacy and mental health counseling to local food pantries and crisis housing. Instead of searching alone, parents can use this central hub to find vetted organizations and “village-approved” partners who understand the unique challenges of our community.
While we monitor and update regularly we cannot always guarantee or we are aware that changes also occur in our resources without us being aware. Please let us know if you find any changes that need to be made or are aware of any additional resources
