As a Family-Run Organization (FRO), Hope WINS is dedicated to creating opportunities for connection, support, inclusion, and belonging for children, youth, individuals, and families of all abilities and backgrounds. We believe in empowering families, elevating their voices, and building a stronger, more connected community.
We’re currently welcoming applications and expressions of interest for the following opportunities!
🌟 Hope Coaches (Ages 16+)
Our Hope Coaches have the opportunity to provide direct childcare and support during our No School Days, family and community events, and summer MAC Camp.
Hope Coaches help create safe, welcoming, inclusive, and engaging environments where children of all abilities can learn, play, build friendships, and have fun!
We’re looking for dependable, compassionate, energetic individuals who enjoy working with children, supporting their individual needs, and making a positive difference in their lives.
🙌 Community Volunteers
Volunteers are at the heart of so much of what we do! Opportunities include helping with childcare, family activities, youth events, fundraisers, community outreach, preparing and serving meals, organizing supplies, setup, cleanup, and behind-the-scenes projects.
Whether you have a few hours to give occasionally or want to be involved regularly, your time and talents can make a difference!
🎉 Event Staff
Love bringing people together and making things happen? Our event staff help bring Hope WINS activities and community events to life!
Opportunities may include event setup, registration, activity supervision, guest assistance, entertainment support, coordinating activities, and cleanup.
We’re looking for organized, dependable, enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with people and helping create memorable experiences.
🏛️ Board of Directors
We’re seeking individuals who believe in our mission and want to help guide the future of Hope WINS.
Board members contribute their knowledge, perspectives, leadership, and community connections to support organizational growth, financial sustainability, strategic planning, and long-term community impact.
📋 Committees
Want to make a difference without serving on the board? Our committees offer opportunities to contribute your skills, ideas, creativity, and time toward specific goals and projects.
Areas of involvement may include:
– 💰 Fundraising & Sponsorships: Helping generate resources and support for our mission.
– 🎨 Programming & Activities: Sharing ideas and helping develop meaningful experiences.
– 🎶 Events & Entertainment: Assisting with planning, organizing, and bringing events to life.

🌎 Hope WINS Collaborative (HW Collab)
Our Hope WINS Collaborative brings together teens, young adults, parents, caregivers, community members, volunteers, organizations, and service providers who share a passion for strengthening our community.
Together, we identify gaps in services and opportunities, share ideas, develop solutions, build partnerships, and create meaningful change.
You don’t need professional experience to have a voice! Lived experience, fresh perspectives, creativity, and a willingness to participate are just as valuable.

At Hope WINS, we recognize that everyone has different strengths, experiences, schedules, and interests.
Some opportunities are volunteer-based, some focus on leadership and community involvement, and others may be paid positions depending on organizational needs and availability.
You don’t need to have all the answers or years of experience to make an impact. Sometimes the most valuable things you can bring are compassion, reliability, creativity, and a willingness to learn.
